Important Miami Warehouse Drop-Off Guidelines:

To ensure smooth processing of your shipments, all customers must follow these guidelines when dropping off packages at our Miami warehouse:

  • Customers can drop off their shipment at the warehouse during normal business hours
  • Each package must be clearly labeled with the receiver’s full name, contact number, and delivery address.
  • After dropping off your items at the warehouse, please notify us via email at info@josephfreight.com or send us a WhatsApp at +501-602-1565

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in delays or the inability to identify your shipment.

  • Packages are shipped once per month as per the published calendar dates
  • Customers can call or text to arrange a pickup, before the weekend of the published shipment date
  • Our Houston Warehouse will no longer be accepting packages as of March 14th, 2025

Shipment Time

Packages sent from Miami & Houston to Belize take approximately two (2) weeks to arrive in Belize once there are no shipping delays.

We Ship Large Items

We ship large items such as appliances, furniture, or any other larger items.

We ship vehicles, ATVs, kayaks, jet skis, etc in a container from Houston & Miami. Let us know the type of vehicle you are interested in shipping and we can provide you with a quote. 

Customs and Duties

All packages shipped are subject to inspection by United States Customs, the Belize Customs Department, or any other relevant authorities at the point of entry, without exception. If the Belize Customs Department uplifts (detains or assesses additional review of) your item(s), you are solely responsible for paying any additional duties, taxes, or fees applied as a result of that inspection.
