Kindly note that all complaints must be filled within 24-48 hours of receiving your goods. Failure to file a claim within 48hrs of receiving your package will result in the forfeiting of any claims.
Please be sure to list as much details as possible and upload any supporting docuemts when filing your claim. Complaints will be recieved and handled within 72 hours during normal business days.
